禁漏花深，绣工日永，蕙风布暖。变韶景、都门十二，元宵三五，银蟾光满。连云复道凌飞观。耸皇居丽，嘉气瑞烟葱蒨。翠华宵幸，是处层城阆苑。
译文：随着禁漏的不断滴漏，时间一点一点地过去了，花草已经长高了。太阳就像个刺绣工人不断在大地上绣出各种图画。带有蕙花香气的风把温暖散布在人间。都城有十二座门，正月十五元宵节，月亮十分圆，很高的阁楼之间的通道几乎和云层相连，皇室成员的居所高耸华丽，嘉气瑞烟缭绕在花草树木之间，有如仙境一般。元宵佳节，皇帝出来和大家一起观灯赏月，临幸到了皇城的有如神仙所居住的花园之中。
注释：禁漏花深：禁漏，皇宫里用以计时的计时器。花深，花草长高了。绣工日永：绣工，指太阳，太阳就像是一个刺绣工人一样，不断在大地上绣出各种美丽的图画；日永，一天比一天长。蕙风布暖：蕙风，带有蕙花香气的风；布暖，把温暖散布在人间。变韶景：变成春天的时光。都门十二：都城之门有十二座，借指整个京城。银蟾光满：银蟾，月亮。光满，月圆。阆苑：传说中的神仙住所。
龙凤烛、交光星汉。对咫尺鳌山、开羽扇。会乐府、两籍神仙，梨园四部弦管。向晓色、都人未散。盈万井、山呼鳌抃。愿岁岁，天仗里、常瞻凤辇。
译文：龙凤花纹的蜡烛，与天空的星月所发出的光辉交相辉映。在距离灯火晚会很近的地方打开皇帝依仗的掌扇。会见由乐府管理的民官两籍乐妓及梨园四部。天快亮了人们还没散去，街道都塞满了人，都向圣上高呼万岁。希望年年都能看到圣上的仪仗。
注释：梨园：戏班子。此指乐府、教坊之类。四部：四部乐工，即龟兹、大鼓、胡、军乐。此统指所有的管弦之乐。鳌抃：形容欢欣鼓舞。

柳永，（约987年—约1053年）北宋著名词人，婉约派代表人物。汉族，崇安（今福建武夷山）人，原名三变，字景庄，后改名永，字耆卿，排行第七，又称柳七。宋仁宗朝进士，官至屯田员外郎，故世称柳屯田。他自称“奉旨填词柳三变”，以毕生精力作词，并以“白衣卿相”自诩。其词多描绘城市风光和歌妓生活，尤长于抒写羁旅行役之情，创作慢词独多。铺叙刻画，情景交融，语言通俗，音律谐婉，在当时流传极其广泛，人称“凡有井水饮处，皆能歌柳词”，婉约派最具代表性的人物之一，对宋词的发展有重大影响，代表作 《雨霖铃》《八声甘州》。
