禅客归山心情急，山深禅定易得安。
清贫生涯修道苦，孝友情牵别家难。
雪路迢遥随溪转，花宫山岳相映看。
到山仰望暮时塔，松月向人送夜寒。
注释
孝友：善事父母为孝，善事兄弟为友。
花宫：佛教中，花为6种供物之一。花皆可开敷结实，以譬万行之因皆有成就佛果之能。花之形色相好，可以之庄严法身。花又从慈悲生义，花有柔软之德。花之取义甚丰，因此，寺院多以花装饰，诗中称之为“花宫”。《碧岩录》三十九则曰：“僧问云门：‘如何是清静法身？’门云：‘花药栏。’”

禅宗将宗教拉向生活，但它毕竟是一门宗教。禅宗讲求开悟心性，但它亦有外在修道形式。坚持修道，进入清净的禅境，对于一般人而言，并非易事。功名利欲，易使人迷失。而生计人情，亦使人易生退转之心。是否能入禅，不仅是心智的问题，亦关涉心志。该诗便写一位艰难地迈向禅门的僧人。僧人返家一转，却急急地要归山去，只因深山里才可禅定，可见这是一个初学者。他家庭生活的清贫更加重了他修道的清苦，他从小所受的中土文化的传统教育——孝养父母、友爱兄弟更使他难以出家。可是他毕竟走了。挣脱各种羁绊进入禅门，是须有勇猛精进的精神的。经过艰难的雪路跋涉，他终于到达了一个灿烂的境界：装饰着鲜花的禅院与山岳的秀色交相辉映。而此时，他还须勤行修习，使自己所修之功德不退失退转。试想暮色苍茫之时，瑟瑟松风、冷冷孤月，他是否会觉得清苦，他是否又会牵记起家里的亲人。解脱烦恼，修成正觉真须有不退转之菩提心。

会稽(今浙江绍兴)人。诗僧。幼出家，代宗大历初至杭州华严寺，师华严宗僧人守真。归越州开元寺后，又从昙一学《四分律》。大历八年(773)至南阳从慧忠习禅观。大历、贞元间以能诗闻名于江南，与诗人皎然齐名，时称会稽二清。与当时诗人交往频繁。晚年住襄州辨觉寺，约卒于宪宗元和间。《宋高僧传》卷十五有传，另参《唐才子传》卷三。其诗多送别赠答及行旅抒怀之作。《全唐诗》存诗1卷。
