译文
华丽的梳妆台已经落满了灰尘，我的头发也很久没有好好梳理打弄过了。美丽的帘帐上，流苏系绳静静垂立，似乎也在为你不在而哭泣，玉屏遮掩着屋里的愁寂，没有一点声息。我已病了多时，如那天上浮云，无法安定心神，也无法捕捉你的踪迹。
注释
玉台：玉饰的镜台；镜台的美称。
鸾镜（luán jìng）：装饰有鸾鸟图案的铜镜。
凤髻（fèng jì）：古代的一种发型，即将头发挽结梳成凤形，或在髻上饰以金凤。又叫鸟髻。
绡帐（xiāo zhàng）：轻纱帐。
玉屏：屏障
多病：衰疾。
行云：比喻人行踪不定

如梦令·尘拂玉台鸾镜鉴赏
“尘拂玉台鸾镜，凤髻不堪重整。”句，作者借景抒情、寓情于景，情景交融，通过描写作者头发久未打理以及华丽的梳妆台与灰尘的对比来表现出作者的愁闷。这些对比使词义更加丰富曲折，感情更加委婉强烈，画面更加鲜明生动。从而引起读者的对比联想，更突出所要表现的对象，产生艺术感染力。
“绡帐泣流苏，愁掩玉屏人静。”句，作者在此处运用了拟人的写作手法，一个“泣”字将本来无生命的纱帐写活了，同时一个“泣”字也点出了作者“闲愁”的词风，能使读者对所表达事物产生鲜明的印象，产生强烈的感情，引起共鸣。在该部分第二句，作者也巧妙的用“掩”这个字将“愁寂”这种空间之感具体化了，以动写静使人更觉其静。
“多病，多病，自是行云无定。”句，作者通过“反复”的艺术手法连续运用两个“多病”来强调自己已经病了多时，一唱三叹，回环往复，加深了语气和抒情色彩。在艺术形式上，“反复”也可以加强节奏感，增强旋律美，使词句整齐有序。该部分第二句，作者再次寓情于景，借用天上浮云来表现自己无法安定的心神，词句虽然没提到愁字，但字里行间处处流露出作者的愁情。同时也体现了这首词“悲喜综错、盘旋郁结”的艺术特点。
作者所要表现的就是人生中常有的一种说不清、道不明的忧愁苦闷，抑郁不欢，一种可能已经存在又似乎是即将来临的人生忧患。很难说清是一种什么样的情，一种什么样的愁。他只是把这种闲情闲愁表现得深沉而持久，想抛掷也抛掷不了，挣扎也挣扎不脱。忧患苦闷的内涵性质，是无法确指的，也是无法界定的，从而留给读者更大的自由创造联想的空间，有着更大的艺术张力。

冯延巳 （903--960）又名延嗣，字正中，五代广陵（今江苏省扬州市）人。在南唐做过宰相，生活过得很优裕、舒适。他的词多写闲情逸致辞，文人的气息很浓，对北宋初期的词人有比较大的影响。宋初《钓矶立谈》评其“学问渊博，文章颖发，辩说纵横”，其词集名《阳春集》。
