译文
真是世事变幻莫测，像那风摇烛火一样飘忽不定，又像是漂流的浮萍一样，最终只是如梦一场，想要寻找往昔的旧痕，可已是物是人非，能到哪里去寻找呢？隔着重重山水。这就是天意如此吧。让我的内心所想与实际情况相反。
我站在池塘上，看着流水无情空自流淌，那高大楼阁的阴凉遮住了花草树木，我注视着傍晚的阳光，眼前满是夕阳的余晖，登高望远，再也看不到往昔熟悉的身影，看不到日思夜想的古国山河，我禁不住流泪满面，任那泪水沾湿衣襟，就让他痛快地流个够吧。
注释
转烛：风吹烛火。这里用来比喻世事变幻莫测。唐代杜甫《佳人》中有“世情恶衰歇，万事随转烛。”之句。飘蓬：飘动的蓬草，这里比喻人世沧桑，飘泊不定。蓬，蓬草，多年生草本植物，枯后根断，遇风飞旋，故又称飞蓬。
陈迹：过去事情遗留下来的痕迹。怅：怅惘，不如意。
教：让，令。
待月：这里暗指夜深人静时情人私下约会。池台：池苑楼台。逝水：逝去的流水，常用来比喻已过去的时间或事情。
荫花：《全唐诗》中作“映花。荫，隐藏，遮挡。漫；同“谩”，弥漫。斜晖：傍晚的光辉。南朝梁简文帝《序愁赋》中有句：“玩飞花之入户，看斜晖之度寮。”
沾：沾湿，浸润。

浣溪沙·转烛飘蓬一梦归鉴赏
这首词写作者怅恨无依、登临感怀的情状。词的上片以“人生如梦”开篇，感叹自己身如“转烛”“飘蓬”，恍在梦中。既然人生如梦，则不如常在梦中，因为也许只有梦中才能得归故国，重拾旧欢。只可惜“欲寻陈迹”但却满眼物是人非，徒增怅恨而已。心愿难遂，怅恨难消，这一切看来似乎天意，自己只能在这凄苦寂寞的现实中徒唤奈何了。上片三句是句句感慨，字字关情，总把自己的怀想和残酷的现实对照起来写，反差明烈，充分地烘托出作者愁恨难泯、无可奈何的悲痛心情。
词的下片以写景起，即景抒怀。“待月池台”既是眼前之景，更是心中之境，作者心如“池台”，有“待月”之思，思之不得，所以有“空逝水”之叹，一个“空”字，道出了作者满怀的寂寞和凄凉。“荫花楼阁”是所见之景，大概也是所怀之梦，一切美好的景色都被夕阳斜照映出满目的惨淡凄伤，这大概也是梦回归国的心中景况。“登临”二字是词眼，一切的感伤也许是“登临”造成的，登高望远，怀思故国，故国已失，怅恨无已，各种各样的忧思、烦懑纷至沓来，于是“泪沾衣”。可是作者这里又用了“不惜”二字，有深意，既写出作者亡国失家后必然的愁苦，也写出作者悔恨自责、宁愿多承受些这锥心之痛的复杂情怀，所以“登临”也许是已“登临”，正“登临”，但恐怕更多是还要“登临”，苦也“登临”之意。作者的复杂心境以一句带之，更婉转凄切，至真至到。
全词前直后曲，直笔如平常白话，曲笔如林间幽径，搭配得当，相得益彰。虽情调稍显低沉，但情意真挚，有相当的艺术感染力。

李煜，五代十国时南唐国君，961年-975年在位，字重光，初名从嘉，号钟隐、莲峰居士。汉族，彭城（今江苏徐州）人。南唐元宗李璟第六子，于宋建隆二年(961年)继位，史称李后主。开宝八年，宋军破南唐都城，李煜降宋，被俘至汴京，封为右千牛卫上将军、违命侯。后因作感怀故国的名词《虞美人》而被宋太宗毒死。李煜虽不通政治，但其艺术才华却非凡。精书法，善绘画，通音律，诗和文均有一定造诣，尤以词的成就最高。千古杰作《虞美人》、《浪淘沙》、《乌夜啼》等词。在政治上失败的李煜，却在词坛上留下了不朽的篇章，被称为“千古词帝”。
