制袍字赐狄仁杰鉴赏
女皇的《制袍字赐狄仁杰》（《全唐诗》卷五《则天皇后》，第58页）一诗短小精悍，寥寥12字，达到了褒奖勋臣，树立典型，驾驭臣下的目的。
这是指公元696年，在契丹攻陷冀州的危机时刻，狄仁杰调任魏州刺史，以民生为要，提振军民退敌信心，兵不血刃使得契丹退兵，深得百姓爱戴，为其立了生祠；同时龙颜大悦，擢升其为幽州大都督，并亲笔在紫袍上写了“敷政术，守清勤，升显位，励相臣”12个金字，以示表彰。这一表彰，便收录在《全唐诗》中，名为“制袍字赐狄仁杰”。全诗四句十二字，既是对狄仁杰的表彰，也是对他的激励。前两句概括了狄仁杰的功绩，说他辅佐朝廷，志守清廉而勤政，后两句是要求狄仁杰率励朝中大臣，要他居宰相之位，激励大臣们同心协力，治理好国家。寥寥数语，既高度肯定了狄仁杰的勤勉施政，又对狄仁杰给予厚望，成为武则天心目中选拔高管的标准版本。狄仁杰不负皇帝的褒奖，忠于皇室，为李氏、武氏均能竭心尽力；在治理民生方面，后人评价其“圣人无常心，以百姓心为心”。难怪狄仁杰故去，武则天哭泣着说“朝堂空也”。

武则天（624年－705年），并州文水（今山西文水县东）人。中国历史上唯一一个正统的女皇帝，也是即位年龄最大（67岁即位）、寿命最长的皇帝之一（终年82岁）。十四岁入后宫为唐太宗的才人，唐太宗赐号媚娘，唐高宗时初为昭仪，后为皇后，尊号为天后。后自立为皇帝，定洛阳为都，改称神都，建立武周王朝，神龙元年（705年）正月，武则天病笃，宰相张柬之发动兵变，迫使武氏退位，史称神龙革命。唐中宗复辟，后遵武氏遗命改称“则天大圣皇后”，唐玄宗开元四年（716年），改谥号为则天皇后，天宝八载（749年），加谥则天顺圣皇后。
