南鹞北鹰的典故
晋武帝时期，御史大夫崔洪为人刚正不阿，清正廉洁，他以敢于直言为著称，曾经多次直言进谏晋武帝，受到武帝的重用。朝中很多大臣都十分怕他，评论他是：“丛生棘刺，来自博陵，在南为鹞，在北为鹰。”
