趋炎附势的典故
宋真宗时，有个当官的叫李垂。他为人正直，对官场中拍马屁的行为深恶痛绝。也因为指责宰相丁谓而被贬。知道宋仁宗即位时，将丁谓贬职，李垂又被召回京城。人们劝他去拜见宰相，他却说：“我见有些大臣处事不公，常常当面指责，现在怎么能去奔赴权门，应和那些有权势的人呢？”结果呢？他不久又被贬。
