南征北战的典故

公元前828年，周厉王的儿子靖即位成为周宣王，他决心恢复周王朝的强盛，废除田籍制度，进行一些改革，还出兵攻伐北方的淮夷、徐戎和南方的蛮荆等部族，国势再度强盛起来，号称中兴之主。他破例立戏为鲁武公的继承人，让鲁国内乱。
