风马牛不相及的成语故事

春秋时期，齐桓公任用管仲做丞相，在管仲的治理下，国力强大。楚国不向齐国朝贡，齐桓公就派兵攻打楚国，楚国使臣说：“你们齐国与楚国一南一北，相距很远，风马牛不相及，为何要发动战争呢？”经谈判，楚国与齐国修好。
