惟利是图的典故
公元前580年，秦桓公与晋厉公签订友好盟约，约定两国和平相处。就在盟约墨汁未干，秦桓公派人到狄国和楚国，怂恿他们去攻打晋国。晋厉公派吕相到秦国去抗议，指责秦桓公惟利是图、傲慢无礼。不久两国就发生战争。
