偏听偏信的典故

唐太宗李世民任命魏征做宰相，他问魏征怎样才能成为贤明皇帝。魏征说尧舜善于听取多方面的意见，所以就贤明，能保住天下；他又说秦二世、梁武帝和隋炀帝偏听偏信，不去了解真实情况，所以就亡国。唐玄宗认为言之有理。
