信口开河的典故
楚汉相争时期，刘邦与项羽在灵壁激战，刘邦败北，屯兵荥阳。项羽授英布为“当阳君”，率40万进驻九江。刘邦派“典谒官”随何去劝说英布投降。英布则说随何信口开河，然而他还是投降刘邦。刘邦故意气他，后设宴款待，封“九江侯”
