雷霆万钧的典故

西汉时期，贾山写《至言》向汉文帝进谏，阐述广开言路的道理，他认为如广开言路，善于养士，则国家就会强大，好比“雷霆之所击，无不摧折者；万钧之所压，无不糜灭者。” 汉文帝读了觉得很有道理，确实可行，就听取他的意见广开言路。
