不能自拔的典故
南北朝时期，徐州刺史薛安和青州刺史沈文秀背叛了宋明帝，在东阳城起兵造反。刘氏全族人陷于城内不能自拔，他们想方设法逃出东阳城，找到当时的北海太守刘怀恭等联合出兵，一举攻下东阳城平息了叛乱，迫使沈文秀投降。
